Our Temple serves as a spiritual home for people who practice meditation and follow the path of Buddhist teachings, in order to bring peace, compassion and wisdom to our lives, our community and the world.

We provide a safe and friendly space to learn and practice, with an open and caring atmosphere. Our members represent a wide variety of ages, backgrounds and even religions! You don’t need to be a Buddhist to benefit from meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Beginners and those who would like to improve their live through meditation are very welcome to attend any of our services. Seating is available for those who cannot comfortably meditate on the floor cushion.

We welcome everyone who wants to cultivate inner peace, joy and wisdom.
